These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Never Shit Mystery Kits through our website and any payment links operated by us. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Mystery Football Shirts

By purchasing a mystery football shirt product, you understand that the exact club, team, season, design and manufacturer of the shirt will generally not be known until you receive your order.

Where we allow you to provide a supported team or teams that you do not wish to receive, we will make reasonable efforts to take this information into account.

Preferences and exclusions do not guarantee that a particular club, league, country, colour, manufacturer or style will or will not be supplied unless specifically stated as part of the product purchased.

All football shirts sold by us as authentic shirts are genuine products. We do not knowingly supply counterfeit football shirts.

3. Shirt Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting their required shirt size when ordering.

Football shirt sizing can vary between manufacturers, clubs, countries and seasons. Selecting a particular size therefore does not guarantee identical measurements or fit across every shirt.

However, if the shirt you receive does not fit, it can be returned under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

5. Never Shit Shirt Club Subscriptions

The Never Shit Shirt Club is a recurring monthly subscription.

By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the subscription price displayed at checkout automatically each month until you cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will normally renew on or around the same date each month as your original subscription date.

Each month you will receive a mystery football shirt in the size selected as part of your subscription.

The exact club, design, season and manufacturer may vary from month to month.

Every individual monthly Shirt Club delivery is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The 30-day period begins when you receive that month's delivery.

6. Cancelling Your Shirt Club Subscription

There is no minimum subscription period unless explicitly stated at the time you subscribe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring payments. You should cancel before your next scheduled renewal if you do not want another monthly payment to be taken.

If a subscription payment has already been taken and the corresponding order has entered fulfilment, cancelling the subscription does not automatically cancel that month's order. However, that delivery remains covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and any applicable statutory rights.

Cancelling a subscription does not affect your right to return an eligible shirt from a previous monthly delivery within its applicable 30-day return period.

7. Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is accurate and complete.

Any delivery times provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with the football shirt you receive, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

This includes situations where:

• You simply don't like the mystery shirt you received.

• The shirt doesn't fit.

• You're unhappy with the design, club or colour.

• You've changed your mind.

You do not need to keep a mystery shirt that you aren't happy with.

To qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the shirt must be returned unworn and unused, with any original tags still attached, except where the item is faulty.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to both one-off purchases and each individual monthly Never Shit Shirt Club delivery.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information so that we can investigate the issue.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be dealt with in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

10. Mystery Shirt Preferences & Exclusions

Where a product allows you to tell us your supported team or teams you do not wish to receive, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid sending those teams.

However, unless explicitly guaranteed on the relevant product page, other preferences should be treated as requests rather than guarantees.

The mystery nature of the product means customers cannot normally select the exact shirt they will receive.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies if you are unhappy with the mystery shirt you receive.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion before an order has been placed.

12. Product Images

Photographs of shirts, boxes and other products used on our website, social media or advertising may be illustrative.

For mystery products, shirts shown in photographs or promotional material are examples and do not guarantee that you will receive one of the shirts pictured.

13. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

14. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the relevant purchase or subscription was entered into, subject to any changes permitted or required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
